Reema wasn’t kidding when she said SWEAT! 😮‍💨💪 What a fun time collaborating with @sweatgirlsocial_ and @bodiedbyreema for an event centered around confidence, and body care.

Getting stronger is exciting, but so is taking care of the skin you’re in. 💙 Working out can increase body acne but not because exercise is “bad” for your skin.
Here’s why:
• Sweat mixed with oil, dead skin cells, and tight workout clothing can clog pores.
• Gym equipment can transfer bacteria, oils, and other microbes to your skin.
• Sitting in sweaty clothes for too long creates the perfect environment for breakouts.
• Friction from sports bras, leggings, and backpacks can trigger acne (also known as acne mechanica).

Clean workout clothes, not staying on with your workout clothes for a long period of time, and a simple body care routine can make a huge difference. 🫧

To End the workout, Reema and I each gave away our favorite deodorant to two lucky girlies who literally worked for it. 💪🏽
